Montessori
Montessori parents call differently. They ask about the work cycle, the prepared environment, mixed-age groupings, the three-year commitment, and whether your guides are credentialed (AMI, AMS, MACTE) or whether the program is Montessori-inspired. A default daycare script does not know any of that vocabulary and ends up sounding like a daycare ad, which is the fastest way to lose a Montessori family on the first call.
Jonson is configured to speak your program's actual language. It distinguishes between authentic Montessori and Montessori-inspired programs honestly, schedules observations around your work cycle rather than across it, and routes the curriculum-deep questions to your guide or head of school. The prepared environment stays prepared.
Work cycle, prepared environment, normalization, sensitive periods, three-hour work period. The script recognizes the language a Montessori parent uses and answers in kind.
If you are AMI or AMS accredited, we say so. If you are Montessori-inspired, we say that too. We do not let the script blur the distinction, because the families who care about it will find out anyway.
We default observation bookings to the windows your head of school approves. No tour at 9:30 in the middle of the work period. No interruption to the children's concentration.
How an AI script handles "what is the three-period lesson" without sounding like marketing copy, and when to hand the call to the guide.
